Ordering a pair of Lafuma R clip recliners from the Garden4less website was easy with the choice of the full range of models and upholstery colours. The chairs arrived in the time scale promised and we are really pleased with the purchase.

Hopeless service, zero empathy & no apology for late partial delivery. Avoid.

Received as advertised by very helpful delivery man although very heavy willing offered to bring it into my house for me.
Once unpacked and read through instructions myself and daughter found it reasonable easy to put together took us about 2 hours.
Quality and condition was very good no damage as so often with on line orders

Comfort wise l find it is very good strong and sturdy hoping for many years use l had my previous set 10 years.
I would highly recommend this.

Received a broken Hozelock Sprinkler. Not Garden4Less's fault of course as this was new, well-packaged and still inside it's retail packaging.

After-Sales service from Lewis was amazing. Understanding, patient and promised a replacement when Hozelock get re-stocked. What more can you ask for!

Delivery was on date and time provided. It was well packed. The sofa was very easy to put together. Delighted with the sofa, light so easy to move round the garden. Lovely thick cushions so very comfy and fits in well with my other garden furniture.

Bought a corner sofa and rise an fall table plus a lounge set. Couldn't be happier great quality easy to put together. Knocked a star off because 2 items were damaged but fantastic after service one email and both item were replaced and the damaged ones taken away in 3 days. I would highly recommend this company.

This is a company that is happy to sell at a competitive price yet if a fault is raised they wash their hands and just forward on your emails to the manufacturer. In our case we noted a manufacturing fault on the table which was part of a £2.5k set we had purchased. G4less forwarded the image and then washed their hands when the manufacturer came back and said it had happened after delivery. If you are deciding whether to use this company when you have other prices in the same ballpark I would go elsewhere just in case something goes wrong.

I hadn’t ordered from Garden4less before so I did look at the reviews before placing my order.
The website was easy to use and process my purchase. Regular email updates and quick delivery. Fortunately for me I didn’t need to return the item so I cannot comment on that process but I would order again from this company.

Excellent product, service and delivery.

The ordering process was easy, the item was significantly cheaper than anywhere else I could find and the arrived a day earlier than expected. Progress was updated every step of the way.

This is a very comfortable two seater with generously plump cushions. It is well-made and stylish and with adjustable foot 'pads' for uneven surfaces. Great for having a drink in the sun! My only slight criticism would be that, with such a plump back cushion, the depth of the sofa is not quite as long as I would like it to be (and I have short legs!). Nonetheless,
I am thinking of buying a pair of matching armchairs now!
